I need your help. A friend of mine killed himself wed. On sunday, we were talking and he said so many things that hinted at what he was going to do. So much so, that another friend and i were actually saying how worried we were that he might do something. We both spoke to him and asked him if he was ok, and said to him "You wouldn't do anything stupid would you?" etc. The next day, he did it. I can't believe it. I feel like I'm losing it, going crazy. what do i do? i'm really frustrated, angry at him etc. i don't know. sorry to put this here, if it's not suitable, delete it...that's cool.

Oh Pnut I'm so so sorry.

Death can be such a difficult thing to understand, especially when someone takes his own life. There are so many emotions involved when something like that happens and every one of them is completely understandable and very real. The best I can say right now is that you need to feel everything you are experiencing, and you need to know that it is okay to feel everything you are feeling. There is no right or wrong emotion in situations like this, and I imagine that you will experience many different ones.

Allow yourself to grieve in every way you need to, including being angry with him, and please talk to people. Talk to us, talk to people that are physically around you. Don't shut yourself off.

    ((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))

I'm so sorry this has happened Pnut I don't think I can offer any words that can be of help in this situation. Echoes what Laurie has already said.

<font size="3" face="Tempus sans ITC, Papyrus,Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">There are times when talking is the most important thing to do, and this is one of those times. You are doing a good thing for yourself by doing that, even if you are not the kind of person who talks about feelings. You need this.
